Introduction
The Rocking Screen is a high efficiency screen specially designed for manufacturers for large output and high precision screening, the simplest screening is screening with two hands while keeping your eyes focusing on it. The Rocking Screen is the mechanical analogy of this, it simulates the effective principle (screening precision, efficiency and life of screen cloth are 5-10 times of conventional cylinder sieve)of manual screening motion most effectively, suitable for fine and super fine particulate materials, especially suitable for materials that are difficult to handle.
Characteristics
1. Up to 5 times of output per unit area; precise to Level 6 classification, up to 90%-95% of screening efficiency; adopting silicone rubber ball, ultrasonic and other high efficient screen cleaning device system, no blocking of screen opening. Enclosed, dust removal, safe operation; acceleration is 4.5 times lower than that of vibrating screen, longer life of screening parts, less maintenance; noise <75 decibel. Optimization of weight balance, low foundation dynamic load.
2. Basic rotary motion is similar to manual screening. Adjustable 25-40mm eccentricity ratio, adjustable 120-360rpm low speed V-shape belt drive
3. The residence time of each kind of product can be adjusted towards drive axis direction through radial direction and corner cut of Rocking Screen
4. Establish the horizontal and casting three-dimensional motion. Materials are evenly dispersed on the screen surface from center to outer edge, thus conduct axial transmission with helical movement. Fine particle thus completes the whole screening process.
5.The horizontal and vertical acceleration increases with movement of particles, and particles whose size is close to size of screen opening will be separated successfully; particles with large size will be conveyed to discharge opening, where an adjustable guiding device is used to control flow, which is another factor to control the retention time of materials.
